About the program:

The role of the nurse educator is continuously evolving. More so, it seems as educators adjust to a new normal in a postpandemic post-secondary education system. The use of connection pedagogy, a proposed pedagogical framework focusing on five main concepts (vulnerability, psychological safety, authentic caring transpersonal relationships, reflective practice, and critical dialogue), will support the growth and development of both educators and learners in this new era of nursing education.
